"Superb"
The location was excellent, amenities superb, even the books in the lounge area. I also appreciated a dedicated shower rather than over the bath. From the moment we entered the property we experienced a greeting which was the best in our travels. The information we received was comprehensive and we were made to feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. As we moved through different areas all staff greeted us pleasantly. They do everything very well.

The beds were amazing. All four of us have never slept so comfortably. Also the breakfast in the morning was to die for. Two of us are gluten intolerant and they accommodated us with our own bread and pastry. Last but certainly not least, the staff was a joy. They were a o pleasant and helpful with everything.

The location was excellent. Near restaurants metro etc. I liked the breakfast but was disappointed there was not enough variety of fruit.

The hotel location was perfect for what we needed during our trip. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. There was a good selection of food at breakfast to suit all needs. The attached restaurant had friendly staff and a good selection of food.

The location was fantastic for my preferences, especially being so close to the bustling Nyhavn Harbor area. I could easily walk to any of the restaurants nearby and not have to worry about transportation afterwards. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, in particular, the exposed wood beams provided an antiquated, but warm feeling. My room was very small, but it didn't come as a surprise based on what I reserved. The breakfast was good with a broad selection of items and even a cook who would prepare fresh eggs to your order. The staff was most friendly and eager to assist, whether it was just answering a question, storing luggage, or during check-in/check-out.

The room is so snug the bed is very comfortable had the best nights sleep there, everywhere is so clean and fresh the staff is very warm and welcoming. location is amazing highly recommend staying here getting a different perspective on the city from such a beautiful street. The staff in the restaurants and bars along the canal are so friendly which adds to the beauty, The best hotel breakfast I have experienced it was so delicious really nice coffee too. I would stay here again

Excellent breakfast and the staff were lovely and smiley. Reception staff again excellent. Very helpful and fun. We have always stayed at St. Petri when visiting Copenhagen, which is a great hotel, but we fell in love with Nyhavn 71 and its great charm. The location perhaps not as convenient as St. Petri, but worth the extra distance.

The hotel is in a perfect position, right on the famous Nyhavn and also next to the modern Royal Danish Playhouse. The food and drink facilities at the hotel were excellent and the bed so comfortable! There is a ferry stop right outside and the Metro a short walk away, which will connect you to the central station to travel anywhere outside the city.
